Are Tsure desiccants hazardous or toxic?

Tsure desiccants are made of calcium chloride. Calcium chloride is not classified as hazardous to the environment but classified as H319 (can cause serious eye irritation) according to the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
